Neon Production
Neon in the production process, whether lamp tube, powder tube or color tube, its production process is basically the same, they need to go through glass tube molding, sealing electrode, bombarding gas, filling inert gas, sealing vent aging and other processes.
Glass tube molding - that is, the production personnel along the pattern or text outline through a special fire, straight glass tube burning, baking, bending into a pattern or text process, production personnel level visible to the naked eye, low-level personnel production of the lamp is prone to ups and downs, too thick or too thin, internal wrinkling, deflection into the plane and so on.
Sealing electrode - the process of passing the best shape of the lamp through the electrode and vent hole, the interface must not be too thin or too thick, the interface must be completely melted, otherwise it is easy to slow air leakage.
Degassing by bombing is the key to making neon. It is the process of bombarding the electrode with high voltage, heating the electrode, burning the water vapor, dust, oil and other substances invisible to the naked eye in the lamp electrode, removing these harmful substances, and pumping the glass tube into a vacuum. Bombardment off the temperature is not up to the above harmful substances will not be completely discharged, directly affect the quality of the sign. The temperature of bombardment degassing is too high and causes the electrode to overoxidize, producing oxygen on its surface
