Structural Composition Of Neon Lights
Heavy rainbow lights are composed of lamp tubes and high voltage transformers. The lamp tube is composed of a glass tube and an electrode chamber. The electrode chamber is composed of electrodes, mica sheets (or ceramic rings) and electrode leads. The glass tube is filled with working gas, and some of the inner walls of the glass tube are coated with fluorescent powder. There are two types of high-voltage transformers: flux leakage transformers and electronic transformers, which are essential components for lighting neon tubes.
A complete set of neon lights is composed of the following parts: glass tube, electrode head, transformer.
1. The glass tube is divided into: open tube and powder tube.
Bright tube: that is, a transparent glass tube.
Powder tube: the manufacturer paints various colors of powder in the open tube, and only adds mercury to vacuumize the tube during processing. The calibers of glass tubes mainly include 13-14mm, 11-12mm, 9-10mm, 7-8mm, 5-6mm, and 3-4mm, and the commonly used ones are 11-12mm, 9-10mm, 7-8mm, 5-6mm
2. Electrode head: It is composed of a small cone made of copper or steel, and a copper wire with a diameter of 0.3MM or a bundle of high-voltage wires is fixed at the tip. A glass tube with a diameter of 13-14mm is placed outside. One end is melted with a high fire to form a whole with the copper wire, and there must be no air. The other end is used to attach to the formed lightscape.

Electronic transformers and specifications are: 40W, 60W, 80W, 100W.
