Fixed by pulling and exploding screws: this method is applicable to the situation that the ground foundation is a concrete structure and the signs do not need to be moved, such as road signs and parking lot signs.
Decorative screw fixation: this method is designed in advance and has been clearly indicated in the design draft. Generally, this method is used for acrylic board clip painting. The main reason is that the positioning of screws must be accurate, otherwise they cannot be installed correctly.
Hanging type: the chain materials used in this method mainly include iron chain, steel cable, fishing wire, tie, etc. appropriate hoisting materials shall be used according to indoor and outdoor environment, the weight of signs and other special requirements.
Landfill type: it is applicable to the situation that the ground is of soil structure and the sign does not need to be moved. According to the size and height of the sign, the size of the excavation pit and the amount of concrete to be used shall be determined. During construction, attention shall be paid to the surrounding environment. After the sign is buried, the site shall be cleaned, the flowers and plants shall be restored and watered without damage.
Adhesive type: this method is widely used. The adhesives used include glass adhesive, AB adhesive, foam adhesive, all-purpose adhesive, sponge adhesive, double-sided adhesive, chloroform, structural adhesive, etc. The appropriate adhesive shall be selected according to the different materials and foundations, the length of service time, the difference of installation environment, indoor and outdoor humidity, temperature difference and other conditions.
Prosthetic paste hanging type: This is also used for some folded edge signs. For example, when the wall foundation is marble, glass, stainless steel, etc., it is not allowed to punch holes, and it is solid and flat, this method is more suitable. First, measure the position, use AB glue to stick organic edge strips or angular aluminum and other materials to the wall, then hang the logo with folded edges, fine tune the position, and fix it with glass glue.
Hanging fixed type: This is a method used for some folded edge signs, which are large in volume and heavy in weight, and cannot be installed by filling and pasting with foam. First, determine the drilling point, drill with an impact drill, screw the rubber plug and self tapping screw. When only one screw is used, the hole must be drilled in the middle of the upper edge of the sign to maintain the level, and then hang the folded edge of the sign on the screw. After adjusting the position, seal the glass glue around for fixation.
